How is our Retainer different?

Contrary to industry norm, our Retainers include our full range of services and are flexible to address the HR business needs as and when they occur.

The clients opts to address the HR needs they wish without being restricted to signing up for multiple Retainers that cover only certain aspects of HR.


We reward our Retainer Clients for their loyalty by:


  • Providing Retainer Clients with a discounted rate
  • Should the Client exceed the allocated hours in a Retainer, we charge the same hourly rate as agreed to in the Retainer, we do not inflate our “out of Retainer rates”
  • We do not charge our Retainer Clients per head for our training courses, we charge per hour of training conducted.
